A & G Computer Services uses technology to diagnose
computer hardware problems quickly and correctly. Using a combination of
software and hardware diagnostic tools, we can diagnose the specific hardware
component that is failing within in minutes. Both our hardware and
software tools are operating system independent, which means we can bypass the
operating system during testing, to allow for a more specific and accurate
diagnosis of hardware failures. Included with our AGCS
Protection plan, our complete hardware diagnostic testing help prevent
catastrophic hardware failures by detecting failing components before they cause
your system to fail. This can save you money by reducing downtime and
employee work stoppage.
We use an active test card that is
automated and displays all results on the computers monitor. This card
incorporates on-board Flash firmware, memory and a video port, allowing us to
test seemingly "dead" motherboards. This card is capable of running
complete diagnostics even if memory, keyboard and video adapters are absent or
non functional. This card starts by performing a series of diagnostic routines
targeting the proper functionality of the PCI Bus. The P.H.D card runs 150
specific motherboard tests, containing over 1000 individual component tests,
in less than five minutes. These tests aggressively troubleshoot specific
features of the motherboard's chipset and other components. This card also
tests most computer peripherals. Containing almost 300 peripheral tests,
including memory, hard drives, CD-ROM, DVD, CDRW, monitors and more without the
need for disk based software. Combined with our other diagnostic tools,
A & G Computer Services has the capabilities and the expertise to
accurately and quickly diagnose your computer troubles. Some of the
specific tests and features:
Check/verify a system's compatibility and compliance with applicable PCI
standards and specifications.
Fully exercise the PCI bus to ensure proper operation of all PCI-specific
circuits and functions.
Test all of a system's PCI connectors to ensure they're functioning properly.
Completely test all core motherboard functions, circuits and components to
verify and ensure full and proper operation of a system's core functionality.
Burn-in new or repaired systems to verify the new or repaired components are
functioning properly. Burn-in testing can also be used to isolate random
or intermittent failures which do not necessarily prevent a system from booting,
but may surface during extended testing sessions.
Troubleshoot and isolate malfunctions and failures which occur after boot.
Benchmark CPU speed and PCI bus speed.
Perform quality assurance testing on custom designs.

The QuickTech USB is designed to quickly and accurately
troubleshoot the proper operation of USB Ports. Compliant with USB
specifications 1.1 this self contained tester will individually test all
existing USB ports and hubs. QuickTech USB uses hardware and software to
perform its functions. The software can be loaded with or without an
operating system present. Combined with our P.H.D. PCI card it
incorporates complete USB testing as part of a complete system test.

Hummer I.P. provides A & G Computer Services the
capability to test all components of ISA systems with the highest degree of
accuracy. It contains all needed circuitry needed to help PHD PCI probe
and analyze the ISA bus for failures, defects, or timing problems that can cause
intermittent failures.

QuickTech-PRO performs a variety of tests, including:
motherboard' memory (RAM); floppy and hard drive; CD-ROMs and other multimedia
components; keyboard and keyboard interface; parallel and serial ports; monitor
and video board; printers and a variety of component and overall system
performance evaluations. Our software does not require the presence of an
operating system and can be used to self boot the computer. This allows
our technicians to troubleshoot computers that completely boot, but display
hardware problems, without removing the covers of the system.
QuickTech-Pro will put your system through the most vigorous diagnostics
