scalable emergency support plan for business or home users who have a limited IT
Staff or limited IT capabilities. Block Time contracts are a prepaid
computer service and computer support contract which offer discounted hourly
service rates, no service charge, and the peace of mind knowing that
professional computer and network support are only a phone call away.

Our computer
desktop support and maintenance contracts are ideal for small business and homes
with little or no IT staff available. With our desktop
support and maintenance contracts you will receive weekly, monthly and quarterly
service calls, 4 hour response times, and up to 12 hours of emergency support
service calls per year. You can tailor your service call schedule to fit
your needs and we offer after hours support at no additional cost, when

With a Peer to Peer Network support
and maintenance contract, you can rest assured that your computer network
will be functioning at its best, allowing you to focus on your business

to peer network support contract, you will have a prescheduled on site
visit, where our certified network technicians
will provide periodic maintenance and support to your network, up to 12
hours per year of emergency network support visits, and 4 hour response

custom support contracts for small to medium size business where a client server
network is operational. These computer and network
service contracts are designed around the individual client and their support
needs. We offer daily remote log review for errors and warnings, weekly
