Business Development Representative
This position is responsible for prospecting new business.  Successful candidates will be creative, results driven, and self-motivated. The Business Development representative will have the opportunity to advance into a full-fledged sales position.  Compensation includes a modest base plus general activity-driven commission structure.

Prospecting and New Account Development    75%

Lead Generation into Existing Accounts             10%

Follow ups and marketing activities                     5%

Sales Representative
This position is responsible for prospecting and closing new business either through new or existing accounts.  Successful candidates will have an aptitude for technology and be self-motivated. Compensation is based on a 40/60 split of base salary and commission/bonuses.

Help Desk Engineer.
The Help Desk engineer is responsible for providing remote helpdesk support as well as occasional onsite support for clients.  Candidates will possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, be familiar with network and infrastructure components as well as basic systems administration, and have very strong customer service skills.  Successful candidates are expected to have a current Microsoft Certification (MCP) and will need to have a Citrix certification within 3 months of employment.

Utilization of billable time                                       75%

Internal Consulting for Technical Solutions       5%

Assistance to other Technical Staff                      5%

Other duties as assigned by the company          5%

 

Minimum Requirements

MCP Certification or better

Minimum of 1-2 years of field service experience

Good Communication Skills

Good Problem Solving Skills

Must Be Self-Motivated
