Business Development Representative
This position is responsible for prospecting new business.  Successful candidates will be creative, results driven, and self-motivated. The Business Development representative will have the opportunity to advance into a full-fledged sales position.  Compensation includes a modest base plus general activity-driven commission structure.

Sales Representative
This position is responsible for prospecting and closing new business either through new or existing accounts.  Successful candidates will have an aptitude for technology and be self-motivated.

Help Desk Engineer
The Help Desk engineer is responsible for providing remote helpdesk support as well as occasional onsite support for clients.  Candidates will possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, be familiar with network and infrastructure components as well as basic systems administration, and have very strong customer service skills.  Successful candidates are expected to have a current Microsoft Certification (MCP) or will need to have obtained certification within 3 months of employment.
