Remote Computer Support Services

Welcome to A & G Computer Service's remote support center. Through our remote support center we have the ability to help solve your computer problems! By going through this process you are granting an A & G Computer Services Support Technician access to your computer through the internet. Allowing most computer problems to be solved right away, without having to wait for a technician to arrive at your door. We have two options below, for you to connect with a support person. Connect With A & G Coputer Services Support, through one of the two following options:

Option 1 - Pin Connect

To use this option you must have a 6-digit pin (generated by A & G Computer Services) provided to you for one remote session.  If you would like us to remotely connect to your computer, please e-mail or call us for a PIN number.

Please enter the 6 digit PIN code we provided to you in an email or on the phone.  After inputting the PIN code, please click on Connect to technician. When prompted, please select Run or Open.  You may be asked twice to do so.

Option 2 - Desktop Program

Click below to download an install file. After you download the file, double click the file to install the support program on your machine. This program will allow an A & G Computer Services Support Technician to gain control of your computer only when you allow them to.
