Block Time contracts are billed at 1 hour per actual hour for all service calls scheduled during normal business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday). We do not charge extra fees if your service calls are scheduled for after hours. Extra fees are only charged for emergency service calls that are scheduled after normal business hours.
